Welcome to sankofalab.org, the new home of Sankofa Lab on the web.
We’re launching in a pivotal moment: right now, twenty Sankofa STEM Fellows from KNUST Senior High School and Ejisuman Senior High School are at the Kumasi Center for Collaborative Research doing hands-on biomedical research alongside working scientists, the second edition of the fellowship that started with twelve students in Accra last year.
On this site you’ll find who we are and why we do this, our programs, the partner institutions who make the fellowship possible, and, soon, much more from Sankofa Media: our YouTube channel, podcast, and this blog.
We’re just getting started. Step Humbly, Stride Far.
